Scira granted electricity generation licence

(London, UK, March 12, 2007) Scira Offshore Energy Limited has been granted an electricity generation licence by the Office of Gas and Electricity Markets (Ofgem)

Ofgem is the regulator for Britain's gas and electricity industries. It considers all electricity generation applications and decides whether or not to grant a licence
in accordance with its published objectives and non-discriminatory criteria and procedures.
